Job Title: Speech Therapist
Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, $73K - $75K depending on experience
Location: Snellville & Norcross, GA
Job Responsibilities:
- Therapy Services:
- Maintain comprehensive therapy plans for clients, ensuring all required sessions are completed.
- Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress reports, documenting client progress in SOAP notes.
- Provide individual therapy for speech, language, feeding, AAC, and social skills development.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, and other team members to create consistent therapy plans that address clients' needs.
- Professional Development:
- Stay current with licensing and certification requirements, including ASHA standards.
- Participate in required training and professional development to enhance clinical skills.
- Represent the organization positively at local, state, and national professional seminars.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Engage with families and caregivers to train them on strategies to support client progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic care approach for each client.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
- Additional Duties:
- Travel to various centers as needed for training, meetings, and collaboration.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by the management team.

Key Responsibilities
