Salary: Up to $100,000 annual compensation (including bonuses)
- $75,000–$85,000 base salary (not tied to billables), plus;
- A billables-based bonus structure of up to 20% of annual salary

Caseload: 25 hr/week; 7-10 clients per caseload; 10 clients max. for any BCBA
- Client age ranges between 2-11 years
- Location: Belle Meade, TN
About the Role:
Our BCBA's are responsible for providing support to individuals and families in the center. Core responsibilities include training clinical staff, ensuring adequate clinical programming for clients, and providing quality supervision and training to the children and families. This position works closely with the center's Clinical Director to ensure clinical and center operation are streamlined and consistent with our model. The BCBA reports to the Clinical Director.
Job Duties:
- Strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors
- Provide supervision to Technicians working with clients
- Promotes a therapeutic environment for all clients, ensuring client input is fully considered when developing and carrying out treatment plans
- Promotes management and oversight to clinical staff, serving as a resource and guide for clinical and professional skills. Advise clinicians on their professional development
- Participate in modeling activities as needed, providing instruction on ABA techniques management of behavior and data collection techniques applicable to the client.
- Lead by example with integrity and humility. Seek to serve the children and families
- Ensure a robust training program for staff and families, own related KPIs.
- Develop creative learning and collaboration opportunities as appropriate
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism treatment. Incorporate this knowledge into services provided
- Interface with key outsourced functions for new center opening and ongoing operations, including human resources and compliance
- Meet and maintain weekly impact hours requirement
- Supervise a caseload range of 7-10 clients
- Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, conduct functional assessments and analyses when appropriate, and develop appropriate behavior strategies to reach replacement behaviors to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Completed or plan to complete 8-hour supervision training per BACB requirements.
- Ability to work with a variety of clients regarding age, functionality, and with clinical support
- Comfortable managing multiple components of clinical organization, and being evaluated based on associated KPIs
- Excellent at working with people. High integrity, leads by example, proactive about solving problems
- Exhibit servant leadership with a positive and compassionate attitude
- Experience with CentralReach preferred
- Self-directed, able to tackle large projects with minimal direction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excited about elevating ABA therapy in Nashville and helping young children on the autism spectrum.
