What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Growth: Build and execute a high-impact sales strategy targeting decision-makers (CNOs, HR leaders, workforce directors, CFOs, and COOs) at all hospitals. Your job is to bring deals across the finish line—and fast.
- Relationship Building: Leverage and expand your network of hospital executives. Earn trust. Solve problems. Deliver.
- Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle.
- International Expertise: Help position Nucleus as a top-tier solution for hospitals looking to stabilize their workforce through high-quality, long-term international nurse staffing.
- Market Awareness: Stay sharp on healthcare hiring trends, immigration and visa updates, and hospital staffing pain points.
- Client Retention: Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring they see Nucleus as an indispensable partner.
- Proposal Development: Build custom presentations that showcase our model’s value, savings, and operational strength.
- Team Leadership: As we grow, help shape and mentor the next generation of high-performance sales talent.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success selling healthcare staffing—particularly international nurse or allied staffing models
- Deep connections to hospital executives and decision-makers across the U.S.
- Strong grasp of immigration-based hiring models (H-1B, EB-3, F-1, H-1B1)
- Relentless, persuasive, and consultative in your approach
- Hungry, humble, and motivated by impact and earnings
- A track record of outperforming quotas and building long-term relationships
