Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN
Pay: $30-$35
Shift Schedule: 2:45 pm – 11:15 pm with every other weekend

Job Description:
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan.
- Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager.
- Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
- Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the PA State Board of Nursing
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication
- Ability to work with multiple patients at once
