Job Description
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst directly contributes to the client’s mission by overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming to patients. The client provides a network of support through on-site BCBA clinical directors, CEU training, internal conferences, and opportunities to contribute to research in the ABA field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise a meaningful care plan with personalized goals and programming to address the needs of each patient.
- Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments of patients.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Develop and monitor data collection.
- Provide parent training.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with patient families and respond to questions in a timely manner.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
- Communicate with the Clinical Director on a regular basis.
- Provide a weekly update email or facilitate team meetings.
- Uphold regular treatment integrity checks.

The PACU sees infants to geriatrics. Here the patients are closely monitor while they are waking up from the anesthesia they received during the procedure. Depending on the procedure and the orders received from the physicians the patient will be discharged home or admitted to the hospital.
