Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted partner, specializing in delivering high-quality early intervention programs in Frederick, MD.

- Job Title: BCBA
- Salary: $83,000-$90,000 annual base salary (not tied to billables), plus a quarterly billables-based bonus structure (up to $1,500 per quarter)
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Relocation Assistance: Amount is negotiable; ranges from $3,000-$7,000
- Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm; Remote work available upon approval from the Center Director
- Caseload: 25 hr/wk; EI-focused (ages 2-6 years)

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and ensure high-fidelity implementation of therapy programs
- Train staff and caregivers to support effective intervention strategies
- Monitor and modify treatment plans based on data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent care
- Maintain client records and write detailed progress reports
