Job Title: Patient Service Representative

Shift Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Job Description:

The Patient Service Representative is responsible for the arrival and/or departure activities of patients in the practice, managing and handling patient calls and inquiries, coordinating patient appointments, updating patient insurance/billing information, and performing point of service activities.

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, providing accurate and timely information regarding appointments and services.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding procedures, billing, and insurance.
Verify patient information, update records, and collect necessary documentation.
Process insurance claims, verify coverage, and resolve any related issues.
Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment.
