- Develops a treatment plan (including behavior support plan) based on the functions of the behavior and treatment methodologies that are evidence-based.
- Attends all relevant meetings for clients, including treatment team meetings, IEP/ISP (as allowed/needed) and staffing. Adequately demonstrates their abilities to work effectively as a part of a clinical team.
- Attends any insurance authorization review calls for any individual on their caseload.
- Collects data before and during the implementation of the plan so that the plan’s efficacy can be assessed and data-based decisions can be made.
- Provides direct instruction/ongoing supervision, training and support to clients, staff members and family members during regularly-scheduled visits. This includes visiting each client twice a month in all relevant environments.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the implemented treatment plan and modifies the plan as necessary.
- Upon receiving information from Administration, the BCBA will initiate services with new clients in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as requested/assigned.

· Assists in receiving and unpacking orders, checks against invoices sent by manufacturer, prices medications accordingly and maintains good stock flow from stock room.
· Keeps records of all prescriptions filled; files prescriptions.
· Assists the pharmacist with the counting and pouring of medications and labels medication container.
· Obtains counseling information from computer and attaches it to the prescription.
· Places inventory orders.
· Maintains cleanliness within the pharmacy and cleans utensils and equipment used.
· Runs daily and monthly reports.
· Assists in keeping stock free of expired medications.
· Answers the telephone and refers all pertinent questions to the pharmacists.
· Enters prescription data into computer system and runs the labels.
· Transmits orders for replenishment.
· Assists in maintaining inventory levels in stock room by entering invoices of medicine ordered.
· Assists in taking yearly and monthly inventory of medications on hand and prepares reports as necessary.
· Retrieves bags not picked up after 10 working days for Return to Stock Processing.
· Receives refill authorization requests sends refill requests.
· Deliver medications, utilizing company vehicle, within FHN service area.

Job Description:
- Conduct individualized behavioral analysis assessments
- Supervise in-progress ABA services to ensure alignment with treatment goals
- Prepare, supervise, and evaluate staff efforts to meet client IEP/IFSP objectives
- Train and coach Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide direct services to clients and their families, as needed
- Record daily data and generate reports on client progress
- Assess client progress through collected data and make program adjustments as necessary
- Issue annual reports evaluating program effectiveness

The clinical nurse educator assesses, promotes and contributes to the quality of nursing care administered to patients and their support systems throughout the health care continuum. Specialization in nursing practice includes in-depth study of relevant theories and scientific knowledge related to various patient populations, which promotes the ability to analyze and refine nursing practice and generate increase nursing knowledge. The Clinical Nurse Educator must have the ability to use the nursing process sequential steps of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation in formulating the plan of care, and have the ability to supervise and educate others. The Clinical Nurse Educator performs the roles of expert clinician, educator and researcher based on focal clinical priorities and are responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating outcomes leader to continuous improvement. The clinical nurse educator must have excellent verbal and written communication, advanced critical thinking skills and have the ability to collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure evidence-based nursing practice models are promoted. The Clinical Nurse Educator should be knowledgeable of the latest nursing research trends and have the ability to influence staff to perform at the top of their license. The Nurse Educators must have the ability to motivate and educate staff to adopt new practice changes and adherence to the organization policies and procedures. The Clinical Nurse Educator educates clinical nurses, nursing assistants and technicians in the use of new equipment, supplies and instruments; coordinates in-service training and skills workshops for all appropriate staff. The Clinical Nurse Educator may also serve as a preceptor to influence staff nurses’ professional development. The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for assisting the Nursing Leaders in achieving the organizational strategic plan goals by monitoring quality data and staff performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Master's Degree preferred or actively working towards obtaining.
- Registered Nurse in NJ or compact state license.
- Minimum of three years clinical nurse experience.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Demonstrates role-modeling behavior through expert patient care delivery and effective interpersonal communication with staff.
