Clinical Director's Administrative Roles:
- Ensure clinic compliance is up to date in collaboration with Center Managers

- Complete clinic checks with technicians/stakeholders/clients
- Serve as the local clinical leader of the center; Oversee BCBAs assigned to that clinic and the Center Manager
- Support the training and licensure process for new RBTs and/or RBTs who are transitioning into the company
- Oversee your clinic's RBT hiring needs and complete play interviews for candidates in collaboration with Operations
- Structure and complete clinical support meetings for established BCBAs on-site at the center (as they arise)
- Oversee BCBAs' implementation of treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practice standards and meet individual client needs
- Collaborate with the BCBAs to ensure parents / caregivers are satisfied with clinical services and client progress is sustained long-term

Clinical Director's Billable Requirements:
- 55% billable (15hrs per week), 45% non-billable
- When clinic reaches 90% or more capacity, then move to 18 billable caseload.
What You'll Need:
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid and Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

- Attends all relevant meetings for clients, including treatment team meetings, IEP/ISP (as allowed/needed) and staffing. Adequately demonstrates their abilities to work effectively as a part of a clinical team.
- Attends any insurance authorization review calls for any individual on their caseload.
- Collects data before and during the implementation of the plan so that the plan’s efficacy can be assessed and data-based decisions can be made.
- Provides direct instruction/ongoing supervision, training and support to clients, staff members and family members during regularly-scheduled visits. This includes visiting each client twice a month in all relevant environments.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the implemented treatment plan and modifies the plan as necessary.
- Upon receiving information from Administration, the BCBA will initiate services with new clients in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as requested/assigned.

A Brief Overview
Summary: A career as a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologist is exciting for those who are passionate about health care, patient comfort and saving lives. As a technologist, you are asked to operate MRI scanners and to ensure that the procedure produces quality images and information for the health care professional to make an accurate diagnosis. You have the chance to work and interact directly with patients as you ensure that they are comfortable and calm. Utilize your medical knowledge by interviewing patients, explaining the procedure and placing the patient in the appropriate spot on the table. Technologists are also organized, detail oriented people who are familiar with the anatomical area that is being scanned and the patient’s history. What You Will Do
- Must be actively and consistently working in more than one modality.
- Consistently follows hospital and department guidelines and standards for patient identification and safety, including ALARA, Image Gently, and Image Wisely.
- Demonstrates competency in patient and technical imaging skills by producing a variety of radiological exams and procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
- Provides age-specific care to patients from neonates through geriatrics.

- Effectively communicates with ordering providers and/or radiologists to properly protocol patient studies.

A Brief Overview
Summary: A career as a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologist is exciting for those who are passionate about health care, patient comfort and saving lives. As a technologist, you are asked to operate MRI scanners and to ensure that the procedure produces quality images and information for the health care professional to make an accurate diagnosis.
