Your Role as Clinic Director:
- Lead & Support a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure excellence in ABA services.
- Foster a Collaborative Culture by implementing initiatives that promote staff retention, mentorship, and professional growth.
- Oversee Clinical Quality by ensuring interventions are assent-based, compassionate, and individualized to each client.
- Provide Supervision & Training to develop BCBA and RBT skillsets and improve client outcomes.

A Brief Overview
Summary: A career as a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technologist is exciting for those who are passionate about health care, patient comfort and saving lives. As a technologist, you are asked to operate MRI scanners and to ensure that the procedure produces quality images and information for the health care professional to make an accurate diagnosis. You have the chance to work and interact directly with patients as you ensure that they are comfortable and calm. Utilize your medical knowledge by interviewing patients, explaining the procedure and placing the patient in the appropriate spot on the table. Technologists are also organized, detail oriented people who are familiar with the anatomical area that is being scanned and the patient’s history. Develop relationships with patients as you help diagnose their condition as an MRI technologist.

Clinical Director's Administrative Roles:
- Ensure clinic compliance is up to date in collaboration with Center Managers

- Serve as the local clinical leader of the center; Oversee BCBAs assigned to that clinic and the Center Manager
- Support the training and licensure process for new RBTs and/or RBTs who are transitioning into the company
- Oversee your clinic's RBT hiring needs and complete play interviews for candidates in collaboration with Operations
- Structure and complete clinical support meetings for established BCBAs on-site at the center (as they arise)

- Collaborate with the BCBAs to ensure parents / caregivers are satisfied with clinical services and client progress is sustained long-term
