Staff Engagement and Staffing
- Oversees the department staffing schedule for unit. Collaborate with the talent team with the auditions, interview and hiring of candidates for open positions
- Support with the orientation programs to create a warm welcome with mentoring new employees
- Collaborate with the unit team to determine the educational goals for the unit based on objectives, protocols, performance improvement and needs assessment.
- Conduct employee's performance reviews according to policy. Provide feedback to employee regarding their growth and development
- Assure the necessary meetings occur include planning, leading, coordinating and/or facilitating meetings
- Respond to resource and communication needs of staff.
- Provides work environment conducive to professional growth and development by acting as a professional role model
- Develop clear delineation of various personnel rules on units.
- Assists in the development and presentation of educational program as requested

- Cooperate with the orientation programs to create a warm welcome for new employees. Support staff development in the orientation process.
