Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Palos Heights, IL. This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a highly collaborative clinical team and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Total Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $112,000 including base salary + bonuses
- Base Salary: Annual base salary ranges from $85,000 - $100,000 (not including bonuses)
- Bonus Structure: Monthly billable-based bonus structure of up to an additional $1,000 per month ($12,000 per year)
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Shift Details: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- Setting: Clinic; In-person
- Caseload/Billable Requirement: 25 hours/week billable requirement for clinic-based positions
- Location: Palos Heights, IL
BCBA's Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports
- Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs
- Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
- Provide caregiver coaching and parent support
- Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
What You'll Need:
- Current BCBA certification
- IL LBA
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification
