Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Palos Heights, IL. This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a highly collaborative clinical team and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

  • Job Title: BCBA
  • Total Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $112,000 including base salary + bonuses
    • Base Salary: Annual base salary ranges from $85,000 - $100,000 (not including bonuses) 
    • Bonus Structure: Monthly billable-based bonus structure of up to an additional $1,000 per month ($12,000 per year)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
  • Shift Details: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
  • Setting: Clinic; In-person
  • Caseload/Billable Requirement: 25 hours/week billable requirement for clinic-based positions
  • Location: Palos Heights, IL


BCBA's Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports 
  • Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans  
  • Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs  
  • Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data  
  • Provide caregiver coaching and parent support  
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate  
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes  


What You'll Need:
  • Current BCBA certification  
  • IL LBA
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field  
  • Reliable transportation  
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification

Additional Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • BCBA License
  • 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or communication disorders
  • Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
  • Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
