Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee our trusted partner's adult day program in Randolph, MA

As a non-profit organization, our partner provides quality services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, age 18 and older, men and women of all backgrounds. Services provided within the clinic include Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, & ABA. In addition to their multidisciplinary service mode, they offer programs including Community-Based Day Supports, Day Habilitation, Employment Services, Transition Services as well as Transportation.


  • Job Title: BCBA
  • Salary: $75,000-$85,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (no weekends)
  • Setting: Clinic
  • Caseload: This position does not entail a traditional caseload requirement or size, as the BCBA's supervision services are rendered to the clients on an as-needed basis.
  • Billable Requirement: No billable requirement, no insurance-funded services.
  • Location: Randolph, MA


Essential Functions:
  • Provide clinical services to individuals in Grow’s programs.
  • Oversee the application of PBS principles across the agency.
  • Lead the implementation of the RBT certification program, including BCBA supervision for staff.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and community partners.
  • Support organizational growth and program expansion initiatives.

Additional Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • BCBA License
  • Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
  • Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
