Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Plymouth, MA

  • Job Title: BCBA
  • Salary: Total annual compensation can range from $85,000-$102,000 with bonuses included
  • Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
    • 1 work-from-home day per week is permitted after billable requirement has been met
  • Setting: Primarily clinic-based
  • Caseload Size: Average of 5 clients per BCBA
    • 20% supervision is encouraged for each client
  • Billable Requirement: 25 hours/week 
  • Location: Plymouth, MA


Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and interpret skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction assessments while prioritizing safety and medical necessity.
  • Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
  • Train, support, and advocate for your RBTs.
  • Provide meaningful, socially valid family guidance to your clients’ caregivers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other service providers across a variety of therapeutic disciplines to create a comprehensive treatment team for your client.

Additional Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • BCBA License
  • Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
  • Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
