- Job Title: BCBA
- Salary: Total annual compensation can range from $85,000-$102,000 with bonuses included

Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- 1 work-from-home day per week is permitted after billable requirement has been met
- Setting: Primarily clinic-based

Caseload Size: Average of 5 clients per BCBA
- 20% supervision is encouraged for each client
- Billable Requirement: 25 hours/week
- Location: Plymouth, MA
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct and interpret skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction assessments while prioritizing safety and medical necessity.
- Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
- Train, support, and advocate for your RBTs.
- Provide meaningful, socially valid family guidance to your clients’ caregivers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other service providers across a variety of therapeutic disciplines to create a comprehensive treatment team for your client.
