Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director to join our trusted partner, specializing in delivering high-quality Early Intervention services in the Baltimore, MD area.
- Position: Regional Director (BCBA)
- Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 annual base salary (not tied to KPIs or billables), plus a 20% annual bonus at end of year ($21,000-$23,000)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
- Setting: Hybrid; Approximately 80% remote and 20% in-person; In-person requirements may vary depending on each clinic's needs
- Caseload: No caseload required for the Regional Director because the role is designed to support and lead the operations and clinical services
- Benefits: Fully benefitted position with medical, dental, vision, 401k, CEU stipend, & paid company holidays
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Job Description:
The Regional Director is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is responsible for the oversight of 3 – 5 centers as assigned in their geographical region. The Regional Director assumes overall clinical and operational oversight and implementation of initiatives of their programs under the guidance of the Territory Vice President (TVP). The Regional Director manages the quality of care and service within their programs and the performance and productivity of staff in accordance with clinical procedures and using professional judgement.
