Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted ABA partner in Omaha, Nebraska.

  • Job Title: BCBA
  • Salary: Total annual compensation up to $105,000
    • Annual base salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 (not tied to billables)
    • Plus a billables-based bonus structure of up to $10,000 per year (paid quarterly) 
    • $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri
  • Setting: Clinic; Primarily in-person with remote/Telehealth options based on your caseload/clients' needs
  • Caseload: 22-30 hours/week
  • Location: Omaha, NE


Your Role as a BCBA:
  • Provide individualized, compassionate ABA services in a clinic-based setting.
  • Develop and oversee assent-based, ethical behavior intervention plans that prioritize client autonomy.
  • Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high-quality treatment.
  • Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote client success.
  • Help foster a positive clinic culture by supporting and growing your team.

Additional Qualifications

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • BCBA License
  • 5 years of experience working with children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorders, or communication disorders
  • Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
  • Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
