Are you a recruiter who can close both contract and direct hire clinical roles? We’re not looking for “either/or.” We need a true subject matter expert who thrives on filling urgent nursing and allied health positions nationwide.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full recruiting cycle for contract + direct hire placements
  • Source, engage, and close top clinical talent
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates that stick
  • Deliver results that move the needle—fast

  • Proven success in both contract and direct hire recruiting
  • Clinical recruiting experience (nursing + allied health)
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding targets

Additional Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a sales or business development role within the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry, compliance, and regulations, with a strong network of senior healthcare leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with healthcare executives.
  • Proficient in healthcare CRM tools and data analytics to track and enhance performance.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to develop and maintain client relationships.
