Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Case Manager RN for a 13-week contract assignment at a leading academic health system in Greenville, South Carolina.
  
This health system provides access to primary, specialty, tertiary, and urgent care, all within one complete health system. Our client is a Level I trauma center, and is consistently recognized for its quality, safety, and exceptional patient care.

Additional Qualifications

  • 2 Years of Nursing Experience Required.
  • ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Certifications Required
  • Excellent attention to detail needed in ensuring patient safety and quality monitoring.
  • 2 years experience in Case Management and Discharge Planning in an Acute Care setting
  • Working knowledge of the insurance industry and government reimbursement
  • Current licensure in a clinical discipline per state guidelines (RN, RT, SW preferred)
