We are partnering with a dedicated therapy group focused on delivering individualized, evidence-based Speech, ABA, & Occupational Therapies for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Their experienced team of SLPs, BCBAs, and OTs work closely with families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that aim to improve the quality of life for each child. The group emphasizes a collaborative, team-oriented environment where clinicians can thrive both personally and professionally while delivering high-quality care.
 
Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Shift Details: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Location: Roswell, GA 

Job Goal: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities. Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to determine patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to patients with various speech and language disorders
- Administer standardized tests and other assessment tools to evaluate patients' progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies for home practice
- Provide support and guidance to patients in improving their communication skills
- Utilize specialized equipment and technology to enhance therapy outcomes


Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships or as a CF)
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders required
  • Passion for changing the lives of others
