Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position in Kennesaw, GA - Clinic-Based, Full-Time

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our trusted partner in Kennesaw, GA.

We are partnering with a dedicated therapy group focused on delivering individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Their experienced team of BCBAs and therapists works closely with families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that aim to improve the quality of life for each child. The group emphasizes a collaborative, team-oriented environment where clinicians can thrive both personally and professionally while delivering high-quality care.


  • Job Title: BCBA
  • Compensation: Up to $105,000 total compensation per year including base salary & bonuses
    • Base salary, not tied to billables: $85,000-$95,000 
    • Bonus Opportunities: Up to an additional $800 per month ($9,600 per year) through the billable-based bonus structure
  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
    • Clinic operating hours are 8:30am-5pm
    • BCBAs rotate on an open/close schedule, which requires each BCBA to open and close 1 day/week
  • Setting: Primarily in-clinic, though there are home-based cases for BCBAs who are interested
  • Caseload: 25 hr/wk; Mixture of EI (2-6 years) & afterschool-aged learners (7-10 years)
  • Location: Kennesaw, GA

RESPONSIBILIITES: 
  • Conduct intake evaluations and re-evaluations for new and existing clients.
  • Use tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and PEAK to guide treatment planning.
  • Design individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
  • Provide weekly supervision and ongoing coaching to your RBT team.
  • Conduct bimonthly parent and caregiver trainings.
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs to support each child as a whole.
  • Communicate with schools and outside providers in a professional, collaborative way.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold BACB ethical standards.

Additional Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • BCBA Certification
  • Valid State License (LBA) (if applicable)
  • Experience with children with autism
