Job Description:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in an acute care setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their functional goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
