Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to secure new healthcare clients, leveraging your network of senior leaders and decision-makers. Build a robust pipeline of prospects, focusing on permanent and temp-to-perm placements.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare executives and facility leaders, understanding their staffing needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving market demands to position Nucleus Healthcare as a trusted partner.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Customized Proposals: Develop compelling proposals and presentations that address unique client requirements and demonstrate the value of Nucleus Healthcare’s solutions.
