Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our trusted partner in Pooler, GA.

We are partnering with a dedicated therapy group focused on delivering individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Their experienced team of BCBAs and therapists works closely with families to develop comprehensive treatment plans that aim to improve the quality of life for each child. The group emphasizes a collaborative, team-oriented environment where clinicians can thrive both personally and professionally while delivering high-quality care.

Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
Shift Details: Monday to Friday
Setting: Hybrid, Clinic & In-Home
Location: Pooler, GA

Job Description:
  • Conduct individualized behavioral analysis assessments (ABLLS-R, VBMAPP, FBA’s, FA’s)
  • Supervise the implementation of ABA services and ensure they align with treatment goals
  • Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, ensuring procedural fidelity
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients and their families, as needed
  • Train and coach RBTs, aspiring BCBAs, and graduate students
  • Record daily data and generate reports on client progress
  • Assess client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans based on data
  • Provide caregiver training through telehealth and clinic-based sessions
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship programs
  • Maintain session notes and documentation for insurance purposes

Additional Qualifications

  • Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification
  • Must be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Valid State License (LBA) (if applicable)
  • Experience with children with autism
  • Desire to work in an interdisciplinary environment to provide exceptional services to our children and families
