Nucleus Healthcare is searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work with one of our prestigious clients at a top-rated ABA provider managed by a clinical leadership team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)! Our client provides ABA services in clinics, in family homes, and in the community. Its mission is to provide personalized autism services to each and every patient.
The Clinical Director is the CEO of their clinic. Clinical Directors manage operations and team members at their location. They will support BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) by answering clinical programming questions and concerns. Clinical Directors communicate with families that have high-level concerns and are responsible for establishing a positive atmosphere and supportive culture to facilitate RBT retention.

Job Description
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst directly contributes to the client’s mission by overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming to patients. The client provides a network of support through on-site BCBA clinical directors, CEU training, internal conferences, and opportunities to contribute to research in the ABA field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and supervise a meaningful care plan with personalized goals and programming to address the needs of each patient.
- Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments of patients.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Develop and monitor data collection.
- Provide parent training.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with patient families and respond to questions in a timely manner.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments.
- Communicate with the Clinical Director on a regular basis.
- Provide a weekly update email or facilitate team meetings.
- Uphold regular treatment integrity checks.
- Adhere to relevant CPT codes.
