In this role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to a telemetry-certified stroke patient population, ensuring every patient receives personalized treatment tailored to their unique needs.

Pay: $42.62 - $66.48

- Provide exceptional nursing care to telemetry patients with a focus on stroke recovery and other cardiac monitoring needs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and execute personalized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions, assess responses to treatments, and adjust care plans accordingly
- Engage in continuous learning and quality improvement initiatives.
- Precept new team members and support evidence-based research projects
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and care plans
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standards, actively participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency
