Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our trusted partner in Ashburn, VA.  

We are partnering with a dedicated therapy group focused on delivering individualized in-home ABA therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Their experienced team of BCBAs and therapists works closely with families to create comprehensive treatment plans aimed at improving the quality of life for each child.
They emphasize work-life balance to foster strong therapist-client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst 
Shift Details: Days, Mon-Fri, occasional weekends needed
Setting: Hybrid, Clinic & In-Home
Pay: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (or $85 - $105 per hour 
Location: Ashburn, VA




Job Description: 
  • Conduct individualized behavioral analysis assessments
  • Supervise in-progress ABA services to ensure alignment with treatment goals
  • Prepare, supervise, and evaluate staff efforts to meet client IEP/IFSP objectives
  • Train and coach Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide direct services to clients and their families, as needed
  • Record daily data and generate reports on client progress
  • Assess client progress through collected data and make program adjustments as necessary
  • Issue annual reports evaluating program effectiveness
  • Maintain a healthy work-life balance while supporting team and client success

Additional Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Required)
  • BCBA certification (Required)
  • LBA license in Virginia (Required)
  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy (Preferred)
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges
