Job Title: Emergency Room RN
Shift Schedule: 11pm-730am Mon -Fri , No weekends, holiday, or on call requirement, 40 hours a week
Pay: $52 - $58 hour

Responsibilities:
Conduct mobile, standard, and fluoroscopic X-rays, ensuring images meet the highest quality standards for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Operate radiographic equipment with precision and efficiency while adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines

Prepare patients for X-ray procedures by explaining the process, ensuring their comfort, and positioning them appropriately to obtain optimal imaging results. Safeguard patients by applying radiation protection measures and monitoring their well-being throughout the procedure
Work closely with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely imaging results. Maintain clear and professional communication with the medical team to prioritize patient care and adapt to the needs of a trauma environment

Ensure radiographic equipment, including GE, Siemens, and Care Stream systems, is functioning properly by performing routine checks and promptly reporting any technical issues. Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed
Accurately document imaging procedures, patient information, and technical details within Cerner and Fuji PACS systems. Ensure that all records comply with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Follow all applicable regulations, including those set by ARRT and NJDEP, to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Adhere to infection control standards and handle all materials, including imaging equipment, in accordance with safety protocols
Stay updated on advancements in radiology technology and procedures through ongoing training and professional development. Participate in quality assurance initiatives to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
