You'll be responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients (ages 2 years to adulthood) and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Job Description
- - Manage and oversee a caseload of clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disabilities.
- - Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
- - Develop and implement comprehensive Behavior Plans to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills.
- - Supervise and monitor ABA programs, ensuring quality and consistency in both home and clinic environments.
- - Organize and maintain accurate data collection for all programs.
- - Analyze data and report on client progress to optimize outcomes.
- - Collaborate with families and school personnel to establish and maintain positive relationships.
- - Provide consultation to parents and teachers regarding skill development and behavior management.
- - Train and supervise behavior technicians to ensure the successful delivery of treatment plans.
- - Participate in monthly clinical meetings with the Clinical Director
