Job Title: Clinical Director 
Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 
Location: Nashville, TN




Job Description: 




The Clinical Director will play a critical role in managing all administrative and clinical operations within the assigned region. This includes overseeing clinical integrity, program implementation, staff development, and financial management to ensure high-quality care and efficient operations. 
  • Ensure the clinical integrity of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs in the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) 
  • Review and analyze clinical data to ensure progress and effectiveness of treatments 
  • Supervise and mentor BCBAs and BCaBAs, including overseeing their fieldwork hours 
  • Conduct program reviews, data analysis, and oversee the implementation of ABA programs 
  • Collaborate with finance and billing departments to manage regional operations and meet quarterly billable goals 
  • Respond to referral calls and manage the client waitlist 
  • Hire staff based on referral demands and manage their onboarding and training 
  • Lead the monthly clinic operations and oversee billing, back-office, and P&L management 
  • Oversee the training and professional development of BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians 
  • Provide regular in-office and in-field supervision to ensure high standards of practice 
  • Organize and lead staff meetings to address clinical and operational needs 
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Quality Assurance to ensure all compliance and credentialing requirements are met 
  • Handle audits from insurance or payer sources and maintain relationships with these entities 
  • Oversee the completion of insurance treatment plans and ensure timely submission

Additional Qualifications

  • Current BCBA license
  • Master’s degree in applied behavioral analysis, special education, psychology, or a related field is required
  • Three years as a BCBA in a supervisory role within an ABA setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
