Job Title:DME Biller
Shift Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM, 40 Hour Weeks, No Holidays
Location: Hatfield, PA 

Job Description:
The DME Biller is responsible for understanding durable medical equipment and billing processes through Medicare and commercial insurance.  


  • Process and submit claims for DME through Medicare and various commercial insurance providers. 
  • Review, analyze, and resolve claim denials and discrepancies. 
  • Manage the appeals process to ensure accurate reimbursement for services and equipment. 
  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for DME products. 
  • Maintain thorough documentation of billing activity, appeals, and any insurance communications. 
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other relevant insurance regulations. 
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to resolve billing issues. 
  • Prepare and send invoices to patients for out-of-pocket expenses. 
  • Follow up on unpaid claims and initiate collections when necessary.
