Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Assistant Application Analyst for a 24-week contract assignment at a health system in a remote setting.

Job Title: Assistant Application Analyst 
Shift Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm 
Location: Remote 
 
Job Description: 
 
The Assistant Application Analyst is responsible for supporting HRIS systems and ensuring seamless operation of HR software applications. This role will focus on troubleshooting, system support, and addressing user inquiries related to HR platforms. Candidates should have a customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills for interfacing with end users over chat, phone, and email. 
 
  • Manage and respond to incoming service desk requests related to HRIS systems 
  • Provide general troubleshooting for HR-related modules, including handling transfers, promotions, and other administrative changes 
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve HRIS issues and maintain system integrity 
  • Interface with end users over chat, phone, and email to assist with system-related inquiries and technical problems 
  • Support HR operations by ensuring smooth functioning of the Infor HCM and Infor HR Talent modules

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years working specifically with Infor HCM or Infor HR Talent modules required
  • HRIS System Knowledge: Experience with Kronos or ADP eTime is a major advantage
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Outlook and Excel
  • Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues efficiently
