Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Associate for a 6-week contract assignment at a health system in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Job Title: HR Operations Associate 
Shift Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm  
Location: Remote, occasional meeting in the office 
 
Job Description: 

The HR Operations Associate is responsible for completing administrative type tasks, such as auditing candidate files, reviewing completion of onboarding contingencies, and conducting candidate communication and follow-up. 
  • Conduct systematic review of all new hire and internal transfer files weekly to ensure accuracy and compliance of position requirements 
  • Complete a pre-audit the week prior to orientation to identify missing onboarding contingencies and ensure adequate resource allotment to reduce risk of start date push 
  • Manage distribution of audit reports and communication 
  • Follow-up and verify completion of all identified audit action items 
  • Find common audit trends and areas of opportunity, prepare to escalate these to leadership 
  • Assist in new hire communication, as needed to increase accurate and timely completion of onboarding contingencies 
  • Assist in orientation prep tasks and communication, as needed 
  • Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization

Additional Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • Experience in human resource recruitment/ onboarding, operations, or project management
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
