Job Title: HR Operations Associate
Shift Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm
Location: Remote, occasional meeting in the office
Job Description:
The HR Operations Associate is responsible for completing administrative type tasks, such as auditing candidate files, reviewing completion of onboarding contingencies, and conducting candidate communication and follow-up.
- Conduct systematic review of all new hire and internal transfer files weekly to ensure accuracy and compliance of position requirements
- Complete a pre-audit the week prior to orientation to identify missing onboarding contingencies and ensure adequate resource allotment to reduce risk of start date push
- Manage distribution of audit reports and communication
- Follow-up and verify completion of all identified audit action items
- Find common audit trends and areas of opportunity, prepare to escalate these to leadership
- Assist in new hire communication, as needed to increase accurate and timely completion of onboarding contingencies
- Assist in orientation prep tasks and communication, as needed
- Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization
