Job Title: BCBA 
Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year depending on experience

Job Description: 
  • Provide individual and group training to educational staff, behaviorists, administrators, and parents on behavior change techniques.  
  • Offer expert guidance in behavior modification for complex cases involving students with disabilities.  
  • Collaborate as a consultant with school and agency personnel to promote best practices in behavior management.  
  • Conduct and support Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Behavior Analyses (FBA).  
  • Develop and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) for students exhibiting challenging behaviors.  
  • Ensure fidelity in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.  
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to the development of behavior goals and interventions.  
  • Ensure services and documents align with best practices within ABA and are consistent with research-validated methods and PDE-supported procedures.  
  • Offer expertise and mentorship to educational staff on behavior intervention strategies and positive behavior supports. 

Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
