- OTs assess patients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors to determine their ability to perform daily tasks.
- Create individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their functional goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to enhance recovery and prevent injury.
