Job Description:

The Occupational Therapist plays a crucial role in helping patients live more independent, satisfying, and meaningful lives by enabling them to perform essential daily activities. 


  • OTs assess patients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors to determine their ability to perform daily tasks. 
  • Create individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their functional goals. 
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. 
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. 
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to enhance recovery and prevent injury.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) preferred
  • North Carolina license in Occupational Therapy required
  • Passion for changing the lives of others
