Job Description:
 

The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to assess their physical conditions, develop individualized therapy plans, and guide them through exercises and treatments that promote recovery and enhance mobility. 
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate their physical abilities, limitations, and needs. 
  • Create individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific patient goals. 
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to improve patient mobility, strength, and function. 
  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. 
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. 
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to enhance recovery and prevent injury.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in pediatric Physical Therapy preferred
  • North Carolina license in Physical Therapy required
  • Master's or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required unless transitioned into accreditation with a bachelor's degree
