Job Description:
The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to assess their physical conditions, develop individualized therapy plans, and guide them through exercises and treatments that promote recovery and enhance mobility.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate their physical abilities, limitations, and needs.
- Create individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific patient goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to enhance recovery and prevent injury.
