IOP Therapist with Bonus Opportunities

Nucleus Healthcare is seeking an IOP Therapist offering a full-time benefited position with a base salary and bonus opportunities to join a growing staff of dedicated mental health professionals in Bucks County, PA.  
  
Our partner is a family owned intensive out-patient facility that has been in business for 10+ years and has developed strong relationships within the community and direct referral sources. Job Title: IOP Therapist (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)  
Job Type: 4 x 10hr shifts M-Thurs 10a - 9p OR M 10a-6p / T-Thurs 10a – 9p / Every other 3rd Friday 6hr swing shift
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 base salary + Bonus Opportunities 
 
Job Description:
The Licensed Therapist will:
·       Be comfortable working with ages from 13 and up
·       Be comfortable treating a wide range of diagnoses
·       Have effective engagement and rapport building skills
·       Possess adept documentation skills
·       Have effective communication skills
·       Have effective organizational skills
·       Demonstrate respect, cooperation, consideration, and tact
·       Assess and diagnose
·       Ability to treat multiple diagnoses
·       Provide individual, group and family counseling

Additional Qualifications

  • Current PA state license to practice; social work in the State of Pennsylvania as a Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW); as a Licensed Professional (LPC); Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed psychologists
  • One to three years’ work experience in psychotherapy
  • Organization Skills
  • Communication Skills
  • Master's (Required)
  • Mental health counseling: 1 year (Required)
