Job Description:
As the OR Robotic Coordinator Nurse (RN), you will oversee and ensure the effective and efficient operation of the robotic program, focusing on the program's long-term goals while managing daily operations. Other duties you would be responsible for as the Robotic Program Coordinator RN include but are not limited to:
  • - Coordinate and oversee the program budget and track return on investment for program expenditures.
  • - Develop and implement marketing programs, maintain all Center of Excellence designations, and implement educational sessions for staff and patients.
  • - Work with interdisciplinary care team and act as a liaison between the physicians, nurses, and the hospital.
  • - Collaborate with clinical leaders in developing educational activities for nursing personnel who care for robotic surgical patients.
  • - Responsible for robotic data and for new program development and implementation.
  • - Lead quality and safety initiatives for robotic surgery.si
  • - Support organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts, and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.
  • - May complete other duties as assigned.
  • - This position reports to department leadership and may supervise incumbents as assigned.

Additional Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current Licensure as an RN in New Jersey or compact licensure.
  • BLSHCP required.
  • 1-3 years of related experience required.
