Job Description:
- Conduct individualized behavioral analysis assessments (ABLLS-R, VBMAPP, FBA’s, FA’s)
- Supervise the implementation of ABA services and ensure they align with treatment goals
- Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, ensuring procedural fidelity
- Provide direct therapy services to clients and their families, as needed

The Cytotechnologist is responsible for performing cytology testing procedures and providing clinical result interpretation in compliance with established laboratory procedures and quality standards.
